The Transitional Care Unit provides skilled nursing care services for residents who no longer require acute hospital care services, but have not recovered enough to go home. The Transitional Care Unit is not a long term care facility, but is designed to provide patients with short term recovery care during the transitional period after an acute illness or surgery.  For more information call 592-4015 ext. 4029.
