	Mad River Family Practice is named after a native trout stream originating in Logan County. We are located in Oakhill Medical Center, an established rural medical office building in the scenic countryside just south of Bellefontaine Ohio and six miles (ten minutes) from Mary Rutan Hospital. As part of a "practice with a residency," Mad River Family Practice occupies a suite adjacent to Oakhill Medical Associates, a private family practice group sharing clinical support services and administration. The physicians of Oakhill Medical Associates are volunteer faculty within the residency program and share night and weekend call with residency faculty.
